Infopro Digital Group is recruiting a Tele-Selling Operator on a permanent basis to join HaynesPro Romania.

Key task and responsibilities:
As a Tele-Selling Operator in an automotive software environment, you will play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships. This position requires a high level of resilience, motivation, and goal orientation. Proficiency in Polish is essential, and proficiency in a second language is desirable.

Your tasks are as follows:

Making Qualified Calls:
-Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, following a predefined list or database.
-Identify and qualify prospects by assessing their needs and interest in automotive software solutions.
-CRM Software Usage:
-Document the outcome of all calls accurately using CRM software.
-Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Software Demonstrations:
-Present the benefits and features of the automotive software to qualified prospects.
-Offer prospects the opportunity to schedule a software demo with a field sales representative.
Customer Engagement:
-Make welcome calls to new customers who have purchased the product to ensure satisfaction and answer any initial questions.
-Conduct courtesy calls to existing customers, fostering relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
Complaint Handling:
-Log customer complaints and issues into the CRM software, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Appointment Setting:
-Secure qualified appointments for field sales representatives, ensuring that leads are properly vetted and prepared.
Reporting:
-Generate regular reports on call activity, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
-Provide insights and feedback to the Regional Sales Director for continuous improvement.

About you:
The role of Tele-Selling Operator within the Infopro Digital group is for you if you have:
-Polish as a native language.
-Proficiency In English is mandatory at business level.
-Proficiency in a second Central European language is desirable (Czech, Slovakian, or Hungarian).
-Proficiency in Romanian is a plus, but not necessary for the role.
-Resilience, motivation, and a goal-oriented mind-set.
-Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
-Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
-Customer-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Basic knowledge of automotive software solutions (training provided).
-Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and targets.
-This Tele-Selling Operator role is vital in driving sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction within the automotive software sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the regional sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
