Infopro Digital group is recruiting a  Pre-Sales Manager on a permanent basis to join HaynesPro in the Netherlands.

HaynesPro Group is the leading European supplier of technical data for the automotive industry. We have been serving the automotive market with our unique multilingual database since 1995. Key task and responsibilities:

As Presales Manager within Infopro Digital Automotive, you will have a key role in supporting our Key Accounts team to win new business opportunities. In this role, your tasks will be as follows:


·        Support sales team

o   Providing pre-sales support to present the products and answer technical and functional questions about the products.

o   Promoting the benefits of the product(s) offered: its functional coverage and ease of implementation in customer environments through product presentations and demonstrations.

o   Guaranteeing pricing and margins

o   Ensuring the quality and validation of final offers

o   Organising the capitalisation of tools in order to improve our offerings on an ongoing basis.

o   Handling the transfer of projects to the CSM in order to facilitate transitions.

·        Tendering

o   Setting up the Response Project Team.

o   Following the response schedule.

o   Taking in charge the drafting of the responses.

o   Being responsible for ensuring that the proposed response meets the requirements of the specifications.

o   Contributing to the commercial offer.

o   Preparing the supports and participating in the presentations

o   Participating in the start-up of complex projects

·        Monitoring & Innovation

o   Setting up dashboards for pre-sales KPIs

o   Participating in automotive aftermarket events (trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.) to propose an innovative approach to customers


§  5 years’ higher education in IT or business

§  At least 5 years’ experience in project management and pre-sales in the IT sector.

§  Interest in the automotive after-sales sector and, ideally, experience in this field.

§  Good communication skills, both written and verbal

§  Ability to work in a team and learn quickly

§  Fluent English, another European language would be an asset.

You will be required to travel throughout Europe for internal meetings or clients presentation.
