The Product and Innovation team is looking to expand and is currently looking for a Senior Product Owner to help the expansion of existing and new products for France and international markets to support Aftermarket tyres / spare parts distributors and repair shops companies to run their business.

You have the opportunity to join our company at an exciting and unique moment to manage your solution portfolio and coordinate with key stakeholders. As a Senior Product Owner you focus on:
– Works closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to define the “why,” “what,” “how”, & “when” of what is built
– Understand the challenges of the various stakeholders in the automotive aftermarket closely with the Product Manager and marketing teams : car manufacturers, tyres / parts manufacturers and distributors, repair and workshops, fleet managers, pure digital players. Anticipate their digital needs and use of data to enhance their customer’s digital experience
– Manage the product life cycle and product portfolio with clear roadmaps and timelines
– Execute roadmaps for the ongoing solutions as well as new ones in cooperation with customers, partners, and stakeholders in an MVP logic
– Be responsible, in close collaboration with the Product Manager, for innovation and end-to-end launch of products with constant search for maximizing time to value and profitability
– Write project specifications and user stories (the “how”)
– Determine which features should be prioritized for development in the backlog
– Coordinate the development teams in charge of developing the solutions to respect outcomes expectations
– Communicate with technical teams and users to determine their needs and priorities
– Carry out tests with the technical teams
– Validate or reject the results of the tests
– Collaborate / support global teams (product management, sales, marketing, support / customer success) and customers to develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. You work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
– Bridge the gap between product and technology and be the voice of the customer.

With a true passion and solid experience in product management in automotive and/or digital, you have already had several roles on the crossroads of project management, (in)direct management of development teams, and speak at least 2 European languages – French and English at least.

You are driven by business value and innovation in close cooperation with customers to help them manage their digital challenges.

What you bring : 

– Educational Background related to Digital / Innovation / Product Management for B2B SaaS Products or Services
– At least 8 years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager in a truly European or international context.
– Proven track record of solid line team management
– Fluent in French and English. Other main European language are welcome.
– Clear and proven experience in Agile methods, and knowing how to put Agile in place within an organization
– Experience within – or in close cooperation with – the automotive aftermarket industry or catalogues / costing solutions
