Our Hotline collaborators are constantly trained on new products and product development. Our Hotline service is international and multilingual, and can attend you in French, English, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.
Our documentation service is available with our methods and data offer in Spain, Italy, France, England, Germany, and the Netherlands.
The implementation of a project requires client support and consists of time management of different implementation stages of the solutions. A dedicated project team is systematically formed and consists of a Key Account Manager and a Project Manager who become the privileged representatives of each Major Accounts client.
A team of 14 trainers to support our clients in the control of their solutions. Our training programs are available in French, Italian, Spanish, English and German.
