Infopro Digital acquires Eucon Automotive, a global pricing and data provider for the automotive aftermarket

Infopro Digital announces its strategic acquisition of Eucon, a global independent data platform that provides pricing intelligence for the automotive aftermarket. This acquisition further solidifies Infopro Digital’s leadership in the automotive aftermarket by integrating Eucon’s robust subscription-based revenue model and a complementary portfolio of automotive customers.
With this new acquisition, the group strengthens the expertise of its automotive division in a global segment. This move underlines Infopro Digital Automotive’s commitment to leading innovation and providing comprehensive solutions in a competitive market.
