French leader in automotive technical data and developer of solutions dedicated to aftermarket players
ETAI has unique expertise in providing qualified content integrated into apps and solutions.
All software is specifically designed for automotive aftermarket professionals’ activity and aim at helping them advance their business through the power of qualified and standardised data.
ETAI combines the skills of its business experts, who have a very good understanding of the constraints of its users, with the development and content teams’ expertise to design smart and easy-to-use software that will help them optimize and grow their daily business.
All SaaS-based, ETAI solutions can either be standalone tools or integrated into their business partner’s online platforms. In addition to the standardized solutions that they offer for the independent repair industry, they develop customized solutions for repair networks, automotive centres, local groups of distributors or international trading groups. Their sales, project and development teams combine their expertise and methodology to provide their partners with the best solutions and support.
Since 1946, ETAI has developed unique expertise in content creation covering the entire automotive aftermarket value chain: workshops, manufacturers, parts distributors, tyre specialist dealers, insurers, equipment manufacturers, etc.
After being collected, their experts process and qualify their data, integrate it into their solutions and publish it in their magazines and technical manuals.
ETAI also provides workshops with comprehensive and fully integrated solutions to manage their business. These integrated tools form an end-to-end solution comprised of:
BtoB: Management software, parts catalogues, quotation software, data as a service, etc.
BtoBtoC: Predictive marketing, online quotations, logbook, etc.
They offer end-to-end solutions to make your processes efficient, connected and fully integrated.
Created in 1946, E.T.A.I. (Editions Techniques pour l’Automobile et l’Industrie) was the first French publisher of technical information for automotive enthusiasts and as well as automobile professionals. Today, it is still well-known for its Revue Technique Automobile (RTA), Revue Technique Moto (RTM), repair manuals and books on the theme of transport and vehicle history such as cars, old cars, motor sports, motorcycles and mopeds, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, aviation and space conquest, boats, or military vehicles
The Infopro Digital group then acquired ETAI in 2001. Since then, it has extended its offering to a wide range of digital services: in 2002, ETAI launched the first digital tools for quotes and repair methods and in 2005 the first electronic catalogue for spare parts. In 2013, ETAI’s offer turned towards marketing software with the development of its predictive marketing tool, today known as Atelio Fid.
