The Infopro Digital group announces the acquisition of the Spanish company Isi Condal, based in Barcelona. Isi Condal is a provider of software and management solutions dedicated to spare parts distributors in Spain. Its main products are I2I and IsiParts.
Infopro Digital, through its subsidiary ETAI Ibérica, has been successfully operating in the Spanish market since 1978 with a significant presence in the field of repair methods for mechanical and bodywork repairers and spare parts marketplaces for distributors.

In commenting on the acquisition, Juan Ramón Cervantes, founder of Isi Condal, said: “I am very pleased that Isi Condal is joining the Infopro Digital group and in particular the ETAI Ibérica teams. Our customers will be able to benefit from solutions and products developed by a leading European group in the field of software and databases designed for spare parts distributors and repairers”.
