Infopro Digital Automotive expands HaynesPro technical data access through TaT partnership
Infopro Digital Automotive is extending access to HaynesPro technical information through a new partnership with The Automotive Technician (TaT), supporting more than 4,500 member workshops across Australia and New Zealand.
Infopro Digital Automotive is extending access to HaynesPro technical information through a new partnership with The Automotive Technician (TaT), supporting more than 4,500 member workshops across Australia and New Zealand.
The partnership will make selected HaynesPro technical resources available within TaT’s refreshed website, enabling technicians to access interactive wiring diagrams, pin connections and related component locations as part of their existing diagnostic workflow.
By combining HaynesPro’s structured vehicle and technical information with TaT’s workshop-sourced knowledge and diagnostic assistance, the partnership is designed to help technicians move efficiently from identifying a problem to carrying out the checks needed to investigate it.
Through this collaboration, Infopro Digital Automotive is making vehicle repair and diagnostic information more accessible to technicians across Australia and New Zealand.
Extending access to trusted technical information
The HaynesPro dataset provides comprehensive technical information designed to support workshop professionals through repair, maintenance and diagnostic tasks.
Through the partnership, TaT members will be able to access selected HaynesPro resources that complement the wider vehicle repair and diagnostic information available to workshop professionals.
Members will be able to identify a vehicle using registration number search, describe the symptoms they are seeing and use TaT’s AI-supported diagnostic assistance to help structure their investigation.
Where further technical detail is required, technicians will be able to access HaynesPro interactive wiring diagrams, pin information and component locations through a token-based system.
This creates a connected workflow in which workshop experience, diagnostic guidance and structured technical information can be accessed together.
Complementary strengths for the workshop
TaT has built its community around practical workshop knowledge shared by technicians for technicians.
Its Repair Solutions capture the investigation behind previous repairs, while scan-tool captures and oscilloscope waveforms from known-good vehicles provide useful points of comparison during diagnosis.
HaynesPro complements this practical knowledge with structured technical information that helps technicians understand vehicle systems, circuit relationships and component locations as they carry out further checks.
The result is a broader information environment that supports both diagnostic direction and technical verification.
Flexible access within the technician workflow
Access to selected HaynesPro information will be offered to TaT members through token packs. This gives technicians the flexibility to access relevant technical information when required, directly within the TaT workflow.
For Infopro Digital Automotive, the partnership reflects a wider strategy of making HaynesPro technical information available wherever technicians need it, including through integrations and partnerships with established workshop platforms.
It also demonstrates how HaynesPro data can support complementary diagnostic services without replacing the wider functionality available through HaynesPro solutions.
For TaT, the integration strengthens its commitment to being “Your diagnostic partner” by giving members another source of trusted technical information at the point of repair.
