Infopro Digital Automotive announces its strategic acquisition of DriveRight Data, a global tyre and wheel data company. This acquisition further solidifies Infopro Digital’s position in the automotive aftermarket by integrating DriveRight Data’s healthy subscription revenue model and worldwide blue-chip client base into its Automotive portfolio.
After a long wait, we are happy to announce that from 25 to 28 May, we will again be at Autopromotec, the international exhibition of automotive equipment and aftermarket products in Bologna. This 29th edition is particularly important not only because it will allow us to share and explain our products and services in person again after years of standstill but also because, for the first time, the Infopro Digital group will present itself to the Italian automotive market as a single entity formed by both Autronica and HaynesPro under the Infopro Digital Automotive brand.
Autronica, founded in 1992, specialises in providing technical information for vehicle repair and maintenance and has been part of Infopro Digital Automotive since 2006. HaynesPro, Europe’s leading provider of technical automotive aftermarket data, became part of the group in 2020.
Strengthened by this very important union, we will be present as a global supplier of digital solutions and technical data for the aftermarket supply chain. Our all-around offering includes management software, databases, technical information and online tools for the entire automotive aftermarket, be it workshops, parts manufacturers and distributors, networks or car manufacturers.
Workshops visiting our stand No. D20 in Hall 30 will be able to see a wide selection of solutions designed to accompany them in their day-to-day activities, from repair operations to administration and management. We will assist today’s car repairers with a suite of technical information databases that make it easier to find the information they need to service cars with our well-known Autronica Multimedia, commercial and industrial vehicles with Atelio Data Truck, and motorbikes with Atelio Data Moto. The latter, created from the synergy and shared knowledge of HaynesPro and Autronica, are rich in repair methods, detailed technical drawings, wiring diagrams and bulletins which, together with the VESA™ electronic diagnostic support application, accompany professionals in their daily repair operations.
For workshops wishing to digitise the management of their administrative activities, on the other hand, the ideal software is our GTA Pro management software. Developed especially for them, it enables vehicle check-in directly from a tablet, as well as simple management of the customer portfolio, workshop agenda and electronic invoicing. Managing all activities from a single workspace means that garages can better organise their work to the benefit of their customers’ satisfaction and, consequently, their turnover.
Our know-how also translates into the implementation of solutions aimed at meeting the needs of automotive parts distribution professionals. We know that the distribution sector is a very complex one, not only in terms of logistics but also in terms of sales, which is why we want to provide solutions that are genuinely able to meet the needs of the industry. An example of this is our spare parts catalogue Atelio Aftermarket International, created to bring the distributor figure closer to the workshop reality, which ensures a quick search for spare parts, a view of the available stock of parts, prices, discounts by family and sub-family, returns and quick quotations.
The 2022 edition of Autopromotec will also be the occasion to announce the launch, in autumn, of two new solutions for the Italian market: Atelio Data, an innovative technical database that will revolutionise the way garages work, built around the real needs of car repairers and organised in such a way as to meet the most common daily operating practices of mechanics, and Atelio Fid, a predictive marketing tool unique in its kind on the market, which will become the ideal ally for garages that want to build customer loyalty. With Atelio Fid it will be possible to send massive recall campaigns via e-mail, anticipating the car maintenance needs of garage customers, and manually activated campaigns dedicated to discount codes or promotions. Atelio Data and Atelio Fid will be available at Autopromotec for live, pre-marketing demonstrations.
